Thursday Threesome

Onesome: A-- whole new year is in progress and we've made it just over a month into it. Do you have any new projects started around the place or are you waiting for Spring? ...or does it already feel like Spring?
Beast has nearly finished the basement room. Our next project--as he has been told innumerable times--is to paint the rest of the house.
Twosome: dangerous-- It's a dangerous world out there on the Net some days! What are you using for Anti-Virus and/or Firewall software? ...and is it working well for you? (If not, it may be worth seeing what the gang has to say...)
We've got McAfee on one computer and Norton on another. We pay for the upgraded protection and run the updates kind of obsessively. We also use AdAware to clean out any yucky stuff that's not technically a virus. And Beast has loaded a bunch of other ad-rejection software (freeware) to the PC, which I'm not using right now and I'm too lazy to go find out. The ones I mentioned are the ones we use the most.
Threesome: Step-- right up and tell us what you have planned for the "Annual Commercial Extravaganza" this Sunday. You know, the one with the football game cut up and slid between the segments. Is it party time? Shopping? What commercials?
We're hosting the high school group for the game. I will watch primarily for the commercials since I don't care about either team, tho' I kind of lean toward Seattle. Then again, I like Roethlisberger (sp?--also too lazy to check!). I won't be watching the half-time show. Ick.
