Hump Day

I haven't done one of these in ages, but here goes:
Today is "Board Game Appreciation Day". You know the drill, so let's get to humpin'!

01. If you were one of board games sold in stores (past or present), which one would you be and why?
I'd say it's a tossup between "Clue" (as in "get a ...") and "Trivial Pursuit."
02. Ever played Monopoly? If so, do you have a favorite property, block of properties and which token is your favorite? For your convenience -- a list of tokens (old & new): iron, purse, lantern, race car, cannon, boat, thimble, shoe, top hat, rocking horse, dog, wheelbarrow, horse and rider, sack of money.
Favorite properties: The orange ones (St. James Place, Tennessee Avenue, New York Avenue). I just like the color and the location on the board.
Favorite token: I like the hat and the iron (we lost the bag of money ages ago). It's probably easier to list the ones I don't like: any roll-y ones or ones that fall over.

completely off topic: this page is potentially a sign of someone's insanity, or lack of a life, or math assignment.

03. Create-A-Board-Game: Create a board game based on your life. Describe it. Here's some features you might describe. What would it be called. What might some of the playing pieces be? What would be the object of the game?
I'll start at the end: not losing your mind is the point of the game.

It would look a lot like "Life," with twisty paths leading everywhere (a la "Snakes and Ladders") but with lots and lots of places to completely get sidetracked in little cul-de-sacs for extended periods of time. There would be components that involved embarrassing oneself beyond the pale, just like in real life, and also places where you could advance just because you've had a really crappy run of luck.

The rules would have to be baroque and--this is important--different for every player and liable to change at any minute so that all players would have to trade rulebooks because of some bizarre rule.

Maybe it could be called "Confused Yet?"
