Feasting at lunctime

Perfect Friday Feast:

Appetizer - If you could have a free subscription to any magazine, which one would you like to have?
What a strange question: if I wanted a subscription to a magazine I'd just subscribe. There are plenty of freebie deals out there, too. On top of which, it's not an issue (sorry, couldn't resist) of which magazine, but what time. There's just not enough to read everything.
So instead I'm going to answer "What magazine subscription could you not live without?" Real Simple. Entertainment Weekly. It's a tie. I scour these two, start to finish. Other magazines I read faithfully are Guideposts and Ms. See, I am schizoid.

Soup - If you were to suddenly become famous, what would you choose as your stage name?
"Jo Eno." Short, easy to prounounce and spell, personal connection. But I'd really probably use something like my own name if I became famous.

Salad - What ingredients make an awesome salad? Dressing? Croutons?
Lettuce, spinach, radicchio and other "greens", along with carrot shreds (just a few), celery, a couple of mushroom slices, sprouts.... Real rocquefort dressing, on the side. A few plain croutons would be fine. Sunflower seeds are good too. Bacon wouldn't be awful. Freshly ground pepper, especially if freshly ground by a gorgeous waiter!
It's easier to include the NO THANK YOUs: tomatoes, cucumbers, egg all come immediately to mind.
(The odd thing is that I just read something about why you rarely get celery in salads. How strange. My reading taste and the timing of this question.)

Main Course - What do you like most about your current job?
The freedom to decide what to do when.
And of course, books.
I like my job completely, so this is harder than expected.

Dessert - Who is your favorite instrumental musician (not a singer)?
Depends on the musical style. Overall favorite is Yo-Yo Ma. But I love B.B. King. And to get out of the repetitive-first-name thing: Carlos Santana.
