Monday Music Mambo

-- let's play a numbers game

Mambo, step one ....
Since we Mambo on Mondays, can you name four songs with "Monday" in the title? If you can't think of four, list whatever comes to mind.

"Monday, Monday" (Mamas and the Papas)
"I Don't Like Mondays" (Boomtown Rats)

Mambo, step two ...
Can you name four songs (of any genre -- pop, rock, Christmas, Juvenile, etc.) with ...
... the number "one" in the title? ... the number "two" in the title? ... the number "three" in the title? ... the number "four" in the title? If you can't think of four, list whatever comes to mind.

"One" (from A Chorus Line)
"One is the Loneliest Number" (??)
"One" (U2)

"Two by Two" (The King's Singers)

"Knock Three Times" (??)
theme from "Three's Company"

{can't think of any for Four}

Mambo, step three ...
Let's get crazy! List four songs with the word, "crazy" in the title. If you can't think of four, list whatever comes to mind.

"Crazy" (Patsy Cline)
"I Go Crazy" (Bread??)

Mambo, step four ...
Since the Mambo is a dance and it takes "two to Tango" (so to speak), let's entice other mamboers to dance with us.
Think of four of your favorite songs. From each song list the fourth lyric line. Other mamboers will visit your blog and try to guess the name of the song and/or the artist. Don't post the answers until your Mambo has been up at least for a full day to give other Mamboers a chance to come dance with you.

  1. "Spend all their time feeling sorry for themselves"
  2. "Was blind but now I see"
  3. "You know she likes a dry kind of love"
  4. "And everybody seems to think they've got it coming"
These are in no particular order, by the way.
