1. Recently, while standing in a checkout line I thought...how nice it is to have someone with me in line (at Sam's Club yesterday). Normally, I don't have anyone to talk to, nor do I normally stand in line: I do the self-check whenever possible.

2. The longest that I have been put on hold on the telephone was...about 45 minutes, as I recall, with AOL in the mid '90s. Whereupon I severed our business relationship.

3. I get very impatient when I have to...explain what I mean when it's crystal clear to me and I've already moved on to the next point in discussion.

4. When it comes to “time” I am guilty of...wasting a lot of it online.

5. I can patiently wait...if I must. But I really think "patiently wait" is an oxymoron for me.
